Yuliya was born in Belarus and came to USA in 2003. She discovered Pilates to be very healing in dealing with back pain due to scoliosis. After practicing Pilates for a few years, she fell in love with the method and wanted to share it qith others through teaching.

After moving to PA, she entered the certification program to become a Romana’s Pilates certified teacher under mentorship of June Hines. Before that, she lived in Nashville, TN, for 15 years where she met her wonderful husband and started a family.

She has 3 children and a cat. She now resides in Newtown, PA. In her free time, she loves to hike, cook and garden.
