One, singular sensation, Trish Garland, steped into our studios Sunday September 30-Tuesday October 2nd to share her 30 years experience as a Pilates educator and as one of 11 Level 2 instructors worldwide in Romana's Pilates. From her start on Broadway, including starring in the original Chorus Line in 1976 to over 20 years as a successful studio owner in LA, Trish has gained a unique perspective on being great at every age.

Trish taught lessons and a teacher/student workshop titled "Stars at Every Age--Pilates Over 50". This was a unique opportunity for teachers and clients to benefit from Trish's experience and expertise as a Romana's Pilates Master Teacher, Teacher Trainer.
