After training in New York with renowned Protégé of Joseph Pilates, Romana Kryzanowska, June Hines opened a fully equipped studio in 1997 where students of all ages and levels train in a relaxed setting nestled in a wooded area of the northern Philadelphia suburb of Rydal, PA (Abington Township). Today June Hines Pilates has three studios, including a location in the heart of Jenkintown to better provide a growing clientele with even more options for individual lessons and group classes and a studio in Hilltown led by Susan Wilson.   Utilizing Joseph Pilates' system, clients work with certified instructors on the Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Chairs, and Barrels for a full-body workout.  A satellite studio to Romana’s Pilates certification program, apprentices working towards teacher certification offer sessions under the guidance of June Hines.

MISSION

All Pilates training is not the same.  Instructors in this studio are certified exclusively from the rigorous program of Romana's Pilates and promote a system of exercises that were originally developed and taught by Joseph Pilates, whose unique training regimen has proven itself for nearly 100 years as an effective and safe method of exercise.

With over 500 exercises to choose from each instructor designs a specific program to fit the needs of each client.  Both studios are spacious and fully equipped with Gratz apparatus to support custom workouts.  Featuring beginning workshops, private and semi-private lessons, and group mat classes, June Hines Pilates offers something for you!
